91 point - Vinous: "The 2022 Riesling 7 Terroirs is harvested across the estate in all the seven Grosse Lagen af the estates: Felsenberg, Kupfergrupe, Rotenberg (Alsenztal and around 100m higher), Steinberg, Bastei, Rossel adn Hermannsberg. These site unite volcanic porphyry, shale and porphyry. The vines are up to 15 years old. The wine was fermented spontaneously, mainly in stainless steel and Stück. Funky yeast still clouds the exuberant nose that brims with pineapple ripeness and vivid citrus. The palate is juicy, light, energetic and boisterous in its energy. It's also bone-dry, stony and almost austere, not relying on alcohol or sweetness. It depicts naked stone without any frills."
